Who we are
GoGazza is a UK directory and booking tool. Customers find local restaurants, trades and shops, send orders or job requests, and pay deposits by card. Businesses use GoGazza to manage those requests.
If you have a question about this notice or your data, email hello@gogazza.app.
What we collect
Account details: your email address, and for businesses your company name, company number, address, phone number and website.
Request details: the order, booking or job request you send, including the delivery or job address and any notes you add.
Payment details: deposits are taken by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never stored by GoGazza — we keep the payment reference, amount and status.
Technical details: IP address, browser type and basic request logs, used to keep the service available and to block abuse.
How we use it
To pass your order, booking or job request to the business you chose, and to send confirmation emails to you and to them.
To take and reconcile deposit payments, and to apply the business's own deposit, materials and cancellation terms.
To generate AI summaries (for example review summaries and dietary summaries) from information already published on a listing.
To run the service: rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, support, and product improvement.
How long we keep it
Account and business records are kept while the account is open, and for a period afterwards where we need them for accounting or dispute handling.
Order, booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for the transaction, refunds and financial records.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.
To make a request, email hello@gogazza.app. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our response.
